Hey There!

I am Tanya Scott, an experienced entrepreneur and 18 year BCBA with a demonstrated history of building and scaling a two person start-up operation into a multi-state business with a team of over 500 people. The company I grew from the ground up was acquired in March 2021 after having become one of the premier organizations in the ABA and Behavioral Health space. My specialties are in leadership, strategy, operations, change management, branding, and values driven growth. But, what I am best at is solving problems and finding growth opportunities that stay true to a company’s mission and story. I help you create teams and operations that match your values and have an impact.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I have used my skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to serve and support hundreds of families of children with special needs such as autism and other developmental disabilities.  My passion lies in supporting families and school teams in developing high quality Individualized Education Plans (IEP), conducting  Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE), and providing the team with the training and consultation to implement a truly individualized program where students make progress.

Most of all, I believe in people and the power that we have when we come together for a common goal!
